We believe that success is built on teamwork, outstanding customer service, and innovation. NWC is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Harriston.

What You Will Do:

  • With support from management, provide leadership to Operations staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exemplify NWC values in every interaction
  • Assist in various Operations activities, including fertilizer blending and storage, feed, seed & chemical warehousing, distribution and custom services
  • Ensure Operators have accurate service information including loading instructions, customer phone numbers and addresses
  • Safe operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Assist in the effective and efficient storage, delivery, and warehousing of bulk and bagged fertilizer & feed, seed products, and crop protection products.

Who You Are:

  • Highly organized and adaptable, you utilize problem-solving skills to meet your goals
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning new skills
  • Familiar with crop input products, services and bagged and bulk feed products
  • Possess a valid DZ license and good driving record
  • Comfortable with computers and inventory control systems
  • Experience in a leadership and helping other individuals succeed in their role
